Enrollment Process

In order to simplify the enrollment process for parents, the following is a checklist of items that need to be completed prior to attending classes. In selecting the students we look for evidence that the child will be able to grow both academically and socially in our program.

Acceptance:

Upon Acceptance: An acceptance letter along with the tuition agreement will be mailed to the family once all components of the aforementioned enrollment process are completed. A prompt reply upon acceptance is appreciated. Please remember both State of Florida health forms for immunizations and well-physicals are due prior to attending school.Pertinent newsletters as well as school calendars and supply lists will be made available upon receiving all enrollment paperwork.

  • Application forms filled out completely with application fee of $75.00 made out to: Junior Academy of Lake Mary
  • Copy of Birth Certificate on file
  • Visitation Day for student and parent(s)
  • Current Student Photo
